There are two distinct bodies that are involved in the effective delivery of the COMMDEF Projects/Programs: the COMMDEF Staff and the COMMDEF Board.
ORGANOGRAM
This is the Organisational structure of COMMDEF. At the top is the Board of Directors who are the final authority of COMMDEF. Directly below the Board is the Executive Director who prosecutes the agenda of the Ghana programme while representing COMMDEF in all applicable situations.
